Convergence was engaged by the property owners to provide strategic guidance and hands-on execution across multiple areas, including the development of international investment materials, fundraising support, and market entry strategies. Our role included creating an international marketing strategy, leading sales and marketing efforts in the MENA region, and identifying anchor retail tenants. Through these efforts, we successfully facilitated connections with strategic partners, resulting in $200 million in Letters of Intent (LOIs) and the project’s successful launch in the Middle East.

Convergence undertook a high-level strategic engagement, providing C-level expertise to shape and execute the vision for this ambitious city development project in Riyadh. Our responsibilities spanned developing the project’s core vision and concept, securing strategic partnerships in hospitality, retail, and wellness, and creating a distinctive brand identity. Additionally, we oversaw the development of all PR and marketing assets, formulated a targeted go-to-market strategy, and established a detailed launch plan to drive market entry and visibility. Our work also extended to branded residence concept creation and comprehensive fundraising support to attract top-tier investment.
Serving as the fractional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for the project, Convergence established the client’s Marketing & PR Department, hiring, training, and leading the team to ensure alignment with the project’s strategic goals. Our C-level engagement and leadership helped secure 15+ Letters of Intent (LOIs) from renowned hotel operators, entertainment partners, and branded residence providers, setting the stage for a successful and impactful market launch.

Convergence provided C-level strategic guidance and took on day-to-day operational responsibilities for this high-profile branded hotel and residences project. Our involvement spanned from concept and brand development to the creation of all marketing tools and the execution of a comprehensive international launch strategy. To maximize global reach, we organized launch events in key markets, including Paris and Moscow, conducted international roadshows, and managed the office opening in Russia—ultimately resulting in nearly 90% of branded residences sold.
As the fractional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), we also assumed responsibility for all CMO activities across the developer’s broader portfolio of projects in the UAE and Asia. This role included establishing and leading the Marketing, Business Development, and PR Department, as well as hiring, training, and guiding the team to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Convergence was appointed by a private investor and prospective JV partner for a 300-hectare wellness community to assess the project’s viability and provide strategic recommendations. Our mandate included advising on optimal concept development, identifying new products to enhance project value, and repositioning the project for greater market appeal. We developed a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy with a focus on international market outreach and provided detailed fundraising support.
Following in-depth research, we delivered a strategic roadmap for positioning and launching the project on an international scale. This included the creation of an investment deck and two tailored investment scenarios to guide the client’s fundraising
efforts.

Convergence led C-level strategic business development and investor relations engagement for this innovative business hub and free zone project in Panama City. Our responsibilities included creating and developing the free zone product, conducting a comprehensive market study, and establishing a sustainable business model. We organized investor roadshows to secure funding and established strategic partnerships to support the project’s growth.
Through these initiatives, we successfully secured $50 million in commitments from regional and international investors and generated preliminary commitment from prominent international anchor tenants in the area of technology, healthcare and logistics.
